Anderson Medical is a Surgical Practice which has been established in the southern aspect of Adelaide at Morphett Vale. It is bordered on one side by McLaren Vale which is a large wine-growing area. The practice specifically services southern Adelaide which is 20% of the Adelaide population, however as the practice has developed it now caters for metropolitan Adelaide and interstate and overseas patients. Anderson Medical is located at the Southern Specialist Centre.

The practice consists of Dr Paul Anderson, a surgeon who was trained in Bariatric surgery by Professor Jim Watts and Professor M. Belachew (Dr Anderson is also a specialist in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgery). Associated with this practice is the Ashford Surgical Obesity Centre. This provides for complete patient care and on referral to associated specialists. The clinical director of the clinic is Dr Stephen Sabine assisted by Dr Bernie Lorenzen.

McLaren Vale Shiraz from South Australia. The most profound expression of terroir from McLaren Vale comes from the Shiraz grape. At their best these wines are almost black in colour with paint like cling to the glass; filled with lifted aromas of confectionary, liquorice, spice and violets. The flavours are voluptuous and mouthfilling, juicy plum, spice and liquorice abound while blackpepper explodes on the back palate.

The McLaren Vale Prescribed Wells Area covers an area of approximately 320 square kilometres, with the Onkaparinga River forming part of the northern boundary, while much of the south-eastern boundary follows the ridge of the Sellicks Range.

Penny's Hill is a relatively new McLaren Vale brand, its first wines being produced from the 1995 vintage. Recognised by its distinctive 'red dot' packaging, the Penny's Hill range is made by winemaker Ben Riggs, who uses only estate-grown fruit from the company's McLaren Vale vineyards (Penny's Hill, Goss Corner and Malpas Road) which are managed by local viticulturist, David Paxton.

Penny's Hill is housed at 'Ingleburne' which was owned at first by Thomas Overton who farmed the land and established a Dernier school on the property in 1848. 'Ingleburne' was named by Thomas Goss who leased and later purchased the property in 1854. Goss had the good fortune to return from the Victorian goldfields some fifteen hundred pounds for the better. No doubt this enabled him to build the two-storied residence so long a landmark on the way south from McLaren Vale to Willunga.

Seaford Ecumenical Mission (SEM) is situated to the south of Adelaide in a rapidly developing new suburban area which is nestled between the famous vineyards of McLaren Vale and the surf and sand of the ocean beaches of the Fleurieu Peninsula where small holiday villages have welcomed generations of South Australians.

The SEM Centre is home to five Christian Churches, Anglican, Catholic, Church of Christ, Lutheran and Uniting, who have come together as four congregations to witness to the unity which Jesus Christ desires for his people.

In a unique fellowship of Christians of differing traditions, the members of the SEM community are committed to creating a healthy, caring and spiritual community for the benefit of the people of Seaford and beyond.
